Each dining experience at Domaine des Etangs® draws on its individual setting and offers a unique experience. Dyades is the main gastronomic restaurant, however, the Domaine offers a wide variety of locations and gourmet experiences to enjoy the creative cuisine inspired by the rich terroir of the Charente and the Limousin.
The farmhouses have their own “doorstep” service. There is Monade, the bistronomique restaurant. The fields and the woods offer an al fresco experience… Different combinations for each location and each mood.
In each case, the kitchen brigade works with local growers to reduce the journey from earth to table.
A day-to-day cuisine inspired by the cycle of calendar seasons but with the cycle of Nature that changes the course and the flavour of ingredients daily.
