Thanks to its 2500m2 vegetable garden cultivated in permaculture and organic certified
The restaurant offers refined cuisine, made with aromatic herbs, fruit and vegetables in a very short circuit: from the Domaine to the plate.
In addition to the products grown at the Domaine and in order to promote the local circular economy, Dyades strives to select the best producers and craftsmen in the region, and to enhance the gifts of Nature, the riches of New Aquitaine and the know-how of the people throughout the seasons.
In its own way, the Domaine des Etangs is proud to act for the environment and to share its philosophy.
