The Douarn workshop at Domaine des Etangs

Sandrine Ramona is a ceramist and member of the Ateliers d'Art de France. Based in Nantes, she creates wall panels on support or in situ. Each piece of ceramic is worked in such a way that it plays with light to reveal cast shadows as well as the translucency of the porcelain. With the Domaine, Sandrine Ramona came to create a work in situ inside the Dyades restaurant. The work is made up of four wall panels dotted with different pieces of porcelain. It is thought of as a journey, an evolution that reflects life, nature and the Universe. It also presents an exhibition on the element "Water". This exhibit reflects the element's presence on Domain lands and recalls the important role it plays on Earth. In order to create a dialogue between Arts and Crafts, this exhibition is visible until September 2021 in the Longère shop.
