Station Chef (M/F)
You are a confirmed cook, passionate, in love with nature. You will be in charge of a post to work the fresh product. You will control the proper use of equipment and materials.
You will ensure the reception of the goods, the quantitative and qualitative verification of the products.
You have excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, you are imaginative, creative and you master the hygiene standards in force. Specific training CAP / BEP / BAC pro catering trades, you have an experience of at least 2 years in a similar position at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The vacant position is based on a fixed-term contract as soon as possible.
Possible evolution in a permanent contract and to be lodged on the spot.
