Commis Chef ( M/F)
Under the authority of the Station Chef you will participate in the production of the kitchen: you will prepare the food and bases used in the composition of the dishes,
you will implement the instructions, you will perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with the protocols HACCP and safety standards.
You perform quality work, demanding and rigorous, you show initiative. You have a degree in hospitality, a CAP / BEP with a one-year experience in starry catering.
Two vacant position are based on a fixed-term contract as soon as possible.
Possible evolution in a permanent contract and to be lodged on the spot.
