Under the responsibility of the Head of our restaurant, your main tasks as a Bursar will be as follows:

  • Ensure the ordering, the reception, the preparation and the supply of the past requests in the respect of the norms of the Domain
  • Control the compliance of deliveries against purchase orders, secure goods
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting department in the invoice validation process
  • Carry out inventories and guarantee their reliability
  • Optimize the preparation of orders according to the needs of services

A first successful experience in hospitality or catering will be appreciated.
